Website features and ease of ordering. This is by far the most intuitive and user-friendly website that let’s customer really create the design of their shirt. Each and every part of the shirt can be customized to the want and need of a client. The design of the shirt is presented in real-time. The ordering process is easy simple to accomplish.

Fabric Selection and Quality. Limited fabric selection to date. They have lower prices for fabrics that are of good quality and higher prices for fabrics that are of great quality.

Customer Service and Delivery. Customer service is at par, answering inquiry within 24 hours. They had a few negative online reviews in terms of the number of buttons on the placket, quality of fabric and fit in the first year they operated. I’m assuming this has been improved as positive feedbacks are displayed on their website. Standard delivery time, including product manufacturing is 15 working days. Expedited option is also offered at an extra cost of US$10 and will take 9 working days.

Price. Customers only pay for base fabric. All of the customization features are included in the price. No matter which fabrics you choose to apply to your shirt, the price of the fabric only counts when used as the base fabric. Fabric costs range from US$75 - $95.
